Our client, a leading organization in the automotive technology industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent, you will be part of the Customer Experience Center supporting the Inbound Support Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tier 2 Technical Support Call Center Agent Location: Irvine, CA Pay Range: $25.00 Shifts available between 0500 AM – 0600 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Respond to customer inquiries and technical support issues via phone, email, and live chat in a professional, clear, and concise manner.

Assist customers with product questions, technical troubleshooting, and policy clarifications.

Provide accurate and complete information in a friendly and customer‑focused tone.

Work with IT and other teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Research and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal departments or referring to company policies and guidelines.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment.

Experience troubleshooting automotive technologies like entertainment systems and connected vehicle technology.

Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling proficiency.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations or cases simultaneously.
