12 Months of Contract + possible extension Shift:
5:30am - 4:00pm (Mon – Thurs)
Manufacture high-quality medical devices within a regulated manufacturing cell
Perform assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components
Follow detailed, standardized work instructions under close supervision
Complete routine production tasks with work closely reviewed for accuracy and quality
Maintain accurate production records, traveler documents, and quality documentation
Ensure full part traceability and support resolution of quality issues
Adhere to all safety guidelines, cleanroom procedures, and regulatory requirements
Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives, including Lean practices
Communicate clearly with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams
Utilize electronic data collection systems and basic computer applications
Prioritize tasks effectively based on production needs
Handle small components with precision and attention to detail
Make sound decisions and judgments with minimal supervision
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Dress Code:
Compliance with strict cleanroom attire standards is mandatory (non-shedding clothing, closed-toe shoes, no makeup, jewelry, artificial nails, or scented products)
