Job Description Retroaim, LLC is looking for a Demolition Company Box Truck Driver that transports waste, scrap, materials, and equipment to and from job sites, requiring physical stamina, a clean driving record, and a valid driver's license. No CDL is required.

Key responsibilities include pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, loading/unloading/field support, route planning, adhering to safety regulations, and communicating with dispatchers/Warehouse Manager who coordinates with field personnel. The role also involves some physical labor, assisting with the loading and securing of materials, and ensuring the job site and vehicle are kept clean and organized. Additional to driving duties, this role will also assist with Warehouse inventory control and other tasks as required.

Safely operate a box truck to transport demolition scrap metal, some waste, and materials to designated job site locations or disposal sites.

Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections to check vehicle conditions and submit required reports. Report maintenance issues and perform minor vehicle upkeep, such as checking fluids.

Securely load and unload materials, equipment, and tools from the truck. This may involve using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies. Ensure loads are secured properly to prevent hazards.

Maintain accurate logs, time sheets, delivery records, and other necessary reports as required.

Effectively communicate with Warehouse Manager/Dispatcher and other team members to coordinate deliveries and respond to field needs.

Be willing to assist field laborers with manual labor, such as debris cleanup and site organization, to ensure the job is completed effectively.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.

Possess the physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor tasks associated with the job.

Knowledge of safe driving practices and an understanding of applicable traffic laws and regulations.

Bilingual - Spanish & English preferred. English a must.

Good communication and customer service skills for interacting with vendors, customers, and the public.

Basic skills in performing vehicle inspections and understanding vehicle maintenance.
