Customer Service Representative (CSR) Garner location - Training in Fayetteville NC

Base Pay : $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (plus bonus opportunities)

What You’ll Do This isn’t a button-pusher job. This is the heartbeat of our customer experience.

Fill the Call Board to Capacity - your work drives productivity and revenue

Execute Outbound Strategy - follow-ups, unsold estimates, club members, and more

Deliver WOW - ensure every customer leaves feeling cared for

Resolve Issues Immediately - you’re empowered to make things right

Follow Best Practices - consistency, accuracy, and professionalism

Support additional CSR, dispatch, and customer care needs as the business evolves

What You Bring

3+ years in a customer service contact center or call-heavy environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & web-based tools

ServiceTitan experience (preferred)

Strong communication & conversion skills

Ability to turn inbound calls into booked appointments

Experience presenting memberships or value-based service plans

Ability to maintain real-time communication with dispatch and leadership
