ROLE DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Manager with our insurance agency, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.

Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.

Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

Leadership and organizational skills.

Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Must be insurance licensed.

Flexible work from home options available.
