What You’ll Do
Safely operate heavy equipment including payloader, skid loader, and forklift.
Assist with routine industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Comply with all safety and environmental policies.
Work outdoors occasionally in varying weather conditions.
What You’ll Need
High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate degree in Process Technology or related discipline (preferred).
Basic computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Proficient in reading and writing English.
Ability to make operational judgments while distributing materials or operating equipment.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as payloader and skid loader.
1–2 years in an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing setting.
Exposure to industrial maintenance tasks (e.g., basic mechanical repairs, equipment inspections).
