We’re looking for a Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to take ownership of branch materials management, warehouse operations, and procurement activities that keep our projects running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage inventory, coordinate material flow, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure our teams have the tools, equipment, and supplies needed to execute work safely and efficiently. You’ll be the operational backbone for the branch—supporting project managers, account managers, and field technicians while upholding accuracy, timeliness, and high ethical standards. Oversee daily warehouse activities, including ordering, receiving, staging, and releasing tools and materials. Design and implement warehouse procedures that support accurate inventory control and efficient material flow. Reconcile packing slips with orders to verify date received, quantity, cost, and product numbers. Restock unused materials or coordinate returns for credit at project completion. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-structured warehouse environment. Develop practical purchasing procedures for project materials, consumables, and service support. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials to ensure timely availability for all branch needs. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support cost-effective purchasing. Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness; work with Account Managers to resolve discrepancies. Stage tools, equipment, and supplies daily to support project schedules. Maintain the WASP Asset Tracking system for tool check-in/check-out, ensuring accuracy and tool readiness. Monitor tool conditions and recommend repairs or replacements as needed. Serve as backup support for warehouse staff and management when required. Provide consistent support to Branch Managers, Account Managers, and lead field personnel. Develop and maintain filing systems for warehouse, purchasing, and materials documentation. Manage Return Materials Authorization (RMA) processes to ensure timely credits and correct project allocation. Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained, registered, and safe for operation, coordinate repairs or services. Uphold all safety procedures, standards, and company policies. Demonstrate integrity, ethical conduct, and professionalism in all interactions. What You Bring
Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Strong customer service mindset and communication skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform well in a fast-paced environment. High integrity and ethical standards in all business dealings. Flexibility and willingness to be cross-trained across functions. Ability to work overtime when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Solomon VI or MS Project is a plus. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Experience
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience and at least 1 year in a purchasing role. Experience in telecommunications, construction, or a related technical industry preferred. Education
High School diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Regular standing, walking, climbing, crawling, and ladder use (up to 300 lb capacity with tools). Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer. Work may occur indoors, outdoors, or in various field conditions. Make an Impact With Us
