The Missouri Place property is a 74‑unit, Tax Credit, non‑age restricted community located in West Los Angeles, CA, with 50% of units designated as public‑housing support (PSH) and case‑management services provided by The Whole Child. Job Summary
Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full‑time, Monday‑Friday).
Flexible start and end times.
Full‑time, full‑benefits position.
Company provides all tools required for the job. Benefits

Prepare and turn units for move‑ins (make ready) Complete typical apartment work orders Conduct general preventative maintenance and unit inspections Perform exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscaping vendor supervision Execute minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting Replace and repair household appliances and items (e.g., refrigerator, stove, sink, drain, toilet) Opportunity to perform basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projects Light cleaning and pickup of grounds in accordance with safety and sanitizing protocols Required Experience
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in facilities maintenance, hotel or apartment community (preferred but not required) General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills Warm, outgoing personality Equal Opportunity Employer
