A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER As our dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Using your professional and friendly attitude, you answer incoming client calls and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to field technicians. You schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians’ time and mileage. Utilizing radio and tracking devices, you direct technicians accordingly. As necessary, you keep clients updated and informed. Additionally, you love learning and welcome constructive feedback for ultimate success. You truly demonstrate your value as our dispatcher by working hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction!
Qualifications
At least one year of experience as a dispatcher
Relevant customer service experience
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to type 35-45 WPM
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Familiarity with the HVAC or plumbing industries would also be a plus but is not required.
