Our client in Cary, North Carolina is looking for Customer Service Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong problem‑solving skills to support customer service operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Pay Range:
$19.82 per hour
What’s the Job?
Own end‑to‑end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources
Manage customer communications for all service events
Schedule service appointments and handle complex customer discussions
Prioritize activities and resources to meet customer commitments
Coordinate with field management to deploy resources and manage capacity
What’s Needed?
2–5 years of experience in a customer service–related role
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
Associate degree or equivalent experience
