What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset

Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams

Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):

1-3 years of retail management experience

High school graduate or equivalent

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience utilizing retail technology

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office

Passion for retail and commitment to delivering results through metrics

Proven ability to lead and inspire team members through coaching and mentoring
