1–3 years of retail management experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience utilizing retail technology

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office

Willingness to travel as required
