Responsibilities
Call customers from prior day for quality check
Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
Call on customer list to offer promotions
Follow up on positive and negative reviews
Handle general inbound customer service inquiries
Requirements
1 year of customer service/call center experience (preferred)
Service Titan experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Conscientious, team player
Desire to help serve customers
Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
Clear background check and drug screen
Must be 18 or older
Schedule
Friday – Monday 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday & Monday in office, Saturday & Sunday remote
Training will be 2 weeks Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay
$18‑$22 /hr with additional opportunities via SPIFFS
