Job Description In charge of generating denial letters to explain to providers why services were not approved.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of managed care experience (either working at a plan or interacting with a plan)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of claims, appeals, & denials
Computer skills
Administrative experience
