Job Description Will be on the phone with Medicare members to answer questions about their health insurance and to assist with open enrollment.
Qualifications High School Diploma
1+ years working with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care or Health Insurance
3+ years working in a call center environment
Computer skills
