What is Required (Qualifications):
1-3 years of retail management experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and driven by metrics
Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
Familiarity with retail technology and ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
