About Our Agency With four years as a State Farm agent and a growing team of four, our agency is rooted in a passion for helping people protect what matters most. I hold a bachelor's degree from Murray State University and a master's from Lexington Theological Seminary. I'm also the proud co-founder of His Blessings Box (a local food charity), a YMCA baseball coach, a dedicated Louisville Cardinals fan, and a husband and father of two.
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Plainview.
I am a proud graduate of Murray State University.
We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
Role Description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Benjamin Gritton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
