Location: Camden, AR
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 1:00 PM – until completed
Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Overview The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for fulfilling customer orders by retrieving and stacking product as specified on pick tickets, traveling through the warehouse, and building stable pallets while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Retrieve and place quantities of product onto pre‑determined pallets, ensuring safe handling and a stable pallet.
Transport pallets using a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) or pallet jack efficiently and safely.
Assist in warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping as needed.
Perform daily PIT checklist and report any issues.
Correct mistakes identified by the checker regarding product or quantity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Execute miscellaneous activities as directed to support efficient warehouse operations.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Work in a fast‑paced environment, walking and lifting up to 75 lb.
Collaborate within a team environment.
Coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes.
Adapt to different work areas and meet expectations.
Read and interpret computer‑screen instructions.
Attention to detail and package differentiation.
Work in noisy, non‑temperature‑controlled environments.
Self‑starter who seeks value‑add opportunities.
Flexibility to adjust schedules as business demands.
Minimum Qualifications
Up to 12 months of work experience.
PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification – Pallet Jack.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Up to 12 months of work experience (as above).
PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification – Pallet Jack.
Work Environment
Noisy, non‑temperature‑controlled (hot in summer / cold in winter).
