Location Can be based out of FSC Green Bay, FSC Oshkosh or FSC Sheboygan Starting Wage: $24.91/hour
Position Overview – Key Responsibilities
Serves as the primary liaison between FSC W-2 programs and Child Support Agencies (CSA).
Builds and maintains relationships with CSA staff and community partners supporting noncustodial parents.
Identifies and connects low‑income noncustodial parents to employment and training services.
Coordinates referrals to workforce programs, including W-2, Transitional Jobs (TJ), Trial Employment Match Program (TEMP), FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET), WIOA, Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans Employment Programs, and other supportive resources.
Collaborates with FSC staff to ensure coordinated service delivery and positive employment outcomes.
Maintains accurate documentation and supports program compliance.
