Call Center Agent – HCA Healthcare
Join the HCA Healthcare team as a Call Center Agent. This role serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients requesting appointments or general assistance.

Responsibilities
Initial contact for incoming calls, including patient scheduling, care inquiries, or direction inquiries.
Complete intake assessment as needed from callers.
Determine scheduling needs based on intake responses, location, and other factors.
Schedule initial appointments utilizing the EHR system.
Respond to medical records requests as required.
Track incoming referral information and maintain referral reporting systems.
Enter phone notes in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain reliable attendance to ensure consistent, excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements
High‑school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
Experience in a medical office with high call volume preferred.
Experience with patient intake processes preferred.
Superior time‑management skills and self‑starter attitude.
Excellent communication skills and proven record of building and maintaining positive relationships.
Organised, detail‑oriented with thorough follow‑up ability.
Knowledge of insurance coverage and claims process preferred.

Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills for both internal and external customers.
