Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Identify and escalation priority issues to appropriate departments.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
