Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the company’s policies. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
