Communicate and coordinate equipment delivery and pickup to and from the customer.
Ensure that complete and accurate equipment delivery and pickup documentation is received and processed.
Create rental contracts, quote and acquire purchase orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with sales reps and customers.
Process rental contracts, invoices, and inventory reconciliations accurately and timely.
Communicate availability and assist sales representatives with order processing.
Review and process the initial, periodic, and final billing of all contracts and loaners.
Ensure rental contract files are up to date, organized, complete and accurately maintained.
Skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in handling contracts, invoices, and inventory.
Strong Microsoft skill set
We used “Field Servio” computer software.
