Role description As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Scott Frindell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in person, on the phone and electronically.

Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Pivoting to other lines of business and asking for referrals.

Make changes to customers policies.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Intelligent and honest.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
