Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for new customers and record data via telephone.
Independently conduct outbound telephone calls to clarify customers’ requests.
Use your intuition and demand analysis skills to identify what the customer truly needs and present the optimal loan offer.
Collaborate with our sales team and provide ongoing support, transferring customers into the sales process.
Address initial questions and excite customers about working with FINANZCHECK.de.
Operate modern communication tools and digital closing options from our partners for an efficient workday.
Qualifications
Previous experience dealing directly with customers, preferably via phone (sales, telecom, retail).
Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with customers while analysing their needs.
Fluent German at native level.
Computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
Works well in a team, reliable, self‑sufficient, with good time management.
