Location Bill Johnson Correctional Center, Oklahoma

Employment Type Full time, regular

Compensation $28,983.84 annually

Responsibilities

Establish contact with customers and provide requested information or assistance.

Operate telephone and communications equipment and process applications for licenses and permits.

Maintain inventory of materials, prepare notices, issue reminder notices, and reconcile billing discrepancies.

Screen, examine, and verify documents for accuracy and compliance.

Operate electronic messaging systems such as Securus and maintain ACA files.

Perform basic cashier duties and receive visitors as needed.

Qualifications

One year of experience in sales, public contact work, handling and processing mail, or general office clerical work plus an additional year of experience in customer service or technical clerical work.

Knowledge of public contact procedures, telephone operation, spelling, grammar, arithmetic, and relevant programs and services.

Ability to work with customers, gather data, keep records, communicate effectively in writing and orally, and provide leadership on projects or teams.

Willingness to fulfill all job-related travel, perform moderately heavy lifting, and touch type where required.
