Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events and meetings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in facilities maintenance is a plus.
Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑service‑oriented attitude.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
