Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanic Technician We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician to perform advanced mechanical repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This role requires expertise in multi-trade repairs, ensuring equipment reliability while maintaining a safe and efficient facility. Additionally, responsibilities may include machining operations, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and pump system troubleshooting.

Pay & Schedule:

Hourly Pay:

$25-$33/hr. (based on experience)

Rotating Shift:

5 weeks on Day Shift (7 AM - 3 PM), rotating to 1 week on Afternoon Shift (3 PM - 11 PM).

Overtime:

Scheduled in advance

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and aerial lifts

Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures

Diagnose, repair, and install equipment while adhering to facility policies

Safely utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments

Perform root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts (training provided)

Use electronic asset maintenance software to track work orders and preventive maintenance findings

Desired Experience:

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety

Hands-on experience in troubleshooting production equipment and facility maintenance

Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems

Ability to maintain, repair, and fabricate machine components

Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, system diagrams, and technical documentation

Prior experience with material handling equipment repairs

Understanding of OSHA compliance, including Lockout/Tagout and PPE requirements

CPR and First Aid certification may be required
