Sterling Search Partners is helping a Birmingham client with its search for a Customer Service Representative. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. Training & Schedule

Interviews week of January 12th Start Date February 2nd Training period: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM for the first 2 months After training: 5 days a week Monday-Saturday, shift 11:00AM-8:00PM, days off Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday. Saturdays required, shift either 7:00AM-3:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM. Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database. Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer service processes. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and software. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations.
