Night Shift Production Technician/Lease Operator
Major operator client.
Year‑long contract, renewable with potential for direct hire.
$35‑$45/hour. 7/7 rotation. In‑field mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Work in‑field with other teams to install new infrastructure, equipment, and facilities.
Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and root cause failure analysis.
Conduct pre‑ and post‑job reviews and handle contractor work.
Collect data, validate conditions, and investigate customer/3rd‑party issues.
Maintain safety and drive continuous improvement across processes.
Qualifications
Highly motivated, mechanically inclined production operator.
Growth mindset and dynamic, hands‑on, field‑based work environment.
Industrial/engineering, electrical, and programming experience preferred.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate equipment.
Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements. Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. Operate power equipment, use computers and phones, and sit at a desk.
