Donation Material Handler – Steele Creek – Part Time

What You’ll Do
Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
Support the team with additional duties as needed.
Work indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
Requirements
Friendly, dependable team players who enjoy helping others.
No experience required—training will be provided.
Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise). Heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds may be required.
Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill‑building opportunities.
Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team‑focused environment.
Expect standing, walking, and using your hands; occasional climbing or balancing. Strong vision for distance and depth is key.
