What You’ll Do
Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
Support the team with additional duties as needed.
You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
Requirements
Friendly, dependable team players who enjoy helping others.
No experience required—we’ll provide training.
Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise).
Open to feedback and eager to grow through free skill‑building opportunities.
Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to work in a team‑focused environment.
This job keeps you active! Expect plenty of standing, walking, and using your hands. You’ll often talk, reach, bend, kneel, push, and pull. Occasionally, you may climb or balance. Heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds—part of the role. Strong vision for distance and depth is key.
