SEHO North America Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Shipping & Distribution Coordinator
to support our logistics, warehouse, and administrative operations. This role is a key position ensuring smooth handling of spare parts, machines, customer orders, and internal coordination.
Principal Performance Goals and Duties
Packing and shipping of spare parts
Sending and receiving packages via courier services
Handling of invoices and credit notes for spare parts, services, and machines
Processing of customer returns
Stock management, including reordering spare parts
Handling of customers queries and internal affairs
Answering telephone, distribution of faxes, emails and outgoing mail
Maintain reference list, monthly order report, and customer data base
Position Requirements
Experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or order processing preferred
Knowledge of shipping procedures and courier services
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
