Job Summary As a Retail Part Time Supervisor, you will lead a small team of associates in delivering one of LEGO Group’s best in‑store experiences.
You will be responsible for employee training, cash handling, inventory and sales audits, point‑of‑sale system operation, and visual merchandising while meeting the physical demands of an active retail environment.
Responsibilities
Leadership and/or management experience in a specialty retail environment; High School Diploma or GED required.
Deliver employee training and coaching to promote performance and customer service excellence.
Manage cash handling and conduct inventory/sales audits.
Operate and maintain point‑of‑sale automated systems.
Maintain merchandise and visual displays to meet LEGO’s high brand standards.
Ensure a safe and inclusive retail environment while meeting all health and safety policies.
Qualifications
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a specialty retail setting.
Strong verbal communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS and inventory systems.
Ability to read and interpret simple written instructions.
Physical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, talking, and hearing; frequent reaching, grabbing, and lifting.
May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, or lifting up to 30 lbs.
Must possess adequate vision (close vision, depth perception, focus adjustment).
