Responsibilities
Set up exams, procedures and tests for patients; handle customer service inquiries. Ensure the smooth operation by obtaining accurate and complete patient and insurance information. Deliver quality customer service by answering incoming phone calls or contacting patients by phone to determine appropriate exam/test/procedure and schedule patient appropriately. Review screening form and obtain/verify patient and insurance information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure best possible customer service by properly educating the patient on the exam/test/procedure preparation and answering related questions. Update patient record, including any notes necessary for the technology, customer, or future reference. Follow site-specific protocol and keep protocol documentation up-to-date to ensure compliance. Required
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred
Prior scheduling experience. Two years of experience, preferably in health care. Additional Information
Schedule: Full-time Requisition ID: 26000152 Daily Work Times: 8am-5pm Hours Per Pay Period: 80 On Call: No Weekends: No Seniority level
