Job Description Location:

Midland, TX, On-site

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; Every other weekend on-call if needed

Compensation Range:

$16/hour - $22/hour; pay is commensurate with experience

The Dispatcher is the communication hub, responsible for coordinating daily routes, scheduling services, and supporting field drivers to ensure portable restrooms, handwash stations, and related services are delivered, serviced, and picked up on time. This role requires strong organization, quick decision-making, and consistent attendance to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for deliveries, services, emergency calls, and pickups across all service areas.

Create, update, and communicate daily route plans based on customer needs, jobsite changes, and service priorities.

Coordinate with sales and operations to schedule new rentals, removals, and special requests.

Monitor inventory to ensure availability.

Log service notes and route updates accurately for billing and quality control.

Maintain clear communication between customers, drivers, and management throughout the day.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:

1-2 years dispatch or scheduling experience, preferred

Strong communication and customer-service skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

Reliable and consistent attendance (critical for operational flow)

Proficiency with scheduling systems, maps, and route planning tools

Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making

Team-oriented mindset

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
