Maintenance Technician (A&P Required)

Role Overview A full-time Maintenance Technician is needed to support the inspection, repair, and maintenance of aircraft systems. This role ensures aircraft safety, reliability, and readiness while assisting with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has hands‑on aircraft experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and an active A&P license. Occasional travel is required for offsite maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems
Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities
Conduct inspections required by FAA and manufacturer guidelines
Document all maintenance actions per FAA regulations and company procedures
Coordinate maintenance status with pilots, maintenance control, and operations
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in safe and serviceable condition
Travel as needed to perform offsite maintenance support
Required Qualifications (Non‑Negotiable)
Active FAA A&P License
Valid U.S. Driver's License
Valid U.S. Passport
Proven experience with aircraft mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands‑on repairs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Part 135 operations
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Experience with business jets such as:
Challenger 300/600 series
Premier 1A or similar platforms
Experience with general maintenance, refurbishment, or modification projects
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined areas
Comfortable using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and maintenance equipment
Tools
Technician must supply their own basic toolset
Specialty and calibrated tools will be provided by the company
