Job Description
Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties: High volume inbound calls from Members, Providers, Facilities, Health Plan Reps, and other Employer Reps for the Behavioral Health Department. They will need to field phone calls in regards to eligibility/benefits, provider status, out-patient certification and certification extensions, screening and transferring calls to the appropriate departments, reviewing grievances and appeals, and reviewing claim status. Qualifications
Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures: High School Diploma/GED High volume call center experience in a healthcare environment CSR experience Attendance and punctuality a must Additional Information
