Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general appearance and upkeep of our property, enhancing the living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be necessary
Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units efficiently
Conduct preventative maintenance throughout the property
Assess and repair appliances as required
Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents
Be available for occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided for after-hours calls)
Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Qualifications:
1-2 years of prior maintenance experience is preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, as well as painting
HVAC and EPA certification is a plus
CPO certification is preferred
A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required
