We are excited to invite applications for the Lead Maintenance Technician position to enhance our team at Cobblestone Manor, a thriving 220‑unit apartment community located in Fort Worth, TX.

Position Summary As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the general upkeep and maintenance of the property, contributing to a pleasant living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect the property to identify any necessary repairs or replacements.

Address maintenance requests for both common areas and individual apartment units.

Conduct preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property.

Evaluate and repair appliances as needed.

Assist in preparing vacated units for new tenants.

Oversee site maintenance personnel as assigned.

Participate in on‑call duties as needed (trip stipend provided for after‑hours callbacks).

Ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

2 – 3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.

Proven skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.

HVAC and EPA certifications are a plus.

CPO certification is preferred.

A valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
