sales sell and operations scales .
This role exists to
own everything operational
so the sales team can focus 100% on revenue and leadership can focus on growth.
As our
Transaction Coordinator
, you will run the operational engine of the business — from contract to close — ensuring transactions move cleanly, documents are flawless, vendors are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a

Key Responsibilities Transaction Coordination & Closings
Manage the full real estate transaction lifecycle from seller contract through closing
Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, attorneys, agents, and county offices
Ensure all documents (deeds, affidavits of heirship, closing statements, etc.) are executed, recorded, and stored properly
Schedule and manage seller signings and payouts
Track expenses, invoices, and closing costs
Proactively push deals forward and remove bottlenecks
Notary & Document Execution
If you are not currently a notary, the company will assist you in registering.
Serve as the company’s in-house
Notary
Conduct and manage all notary signings (remote and mobile)
Partner with sales to reduce friction and increase speed to close
Qualifications
Experience in
real estate transaction coordination, escrow, or operations management
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ownership mindset with consistent follow-through
Comfortable using tools like
Trello, Monday.com, Asana
, or similar
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

In-office, 5 days/week

Compensation & Benefits

Additional upside as deal volume and responsibility increase
