We are looking to recruit dedicated Support Workers for full-time positions in Wallingford. This is a highly rewarding care role offering excellent benefits, full training, and genuine career progression opportunities.
The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of additional needs. Your role will focus on promoting independence, wellbeing, and quality of life in a safe, supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing personal care support (where required)
Assisting with eating and drinking
Supporting with shopping, household tasks, and daily living activities
Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and community activities
Supporting individuals on cinema, theatre trips, days out, and holidays
Creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment
Enjoying free meals shared with the household as part of your working day
About You We welcome applicants with experience in health and social care, disability support, learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs. However, experience is not essential. We are looking for people who are:
Passionate about making a positive difference
Reliable, flexible, and professional
Able to work a varied shift pattern
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
