What You’ll Do
Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement.
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
Perform work in all weather conditions.
Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
To be 18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid state driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
Previous experience in cable installation or a related field preferred.
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Routinely work alone in remote locations, at heights, in confined spaces, with arms above shoulder level, use ladder, keyboard & mouse, operate vehicle & heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, life greater than 55 pounds without assistance.
