What you'll do
Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet and telephone services based on guidelines.
Install, set up and configure all equipment.
Identify and attempt to remedy sources of customer‑perceived issues.
Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
Work overtime, travel, and perform on‑call/after‑hours responsibilities as needed.
Perform work in all weather conditions.
Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
Be 18 years of age or older.
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
Valid State driver's license (cannot be provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely:
work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
Occasionally:
use ladder, keyboard, and mouse.
Wage range: $18.00 – $18.00 per hour. This position is in‑person and based in St. Louis, MO.
