Job Description
3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). In person in Los Angeles. Long‑term temporary.
This Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide supervision to BA‑level case and care managers who serve justice‑involved populations, focusing on homelessness, substance use disorder, mental illness, and returnees from incarceration.
Job Duties
Review, modify, and approve assigned care/case manager care plans and assessments.
Conduct or supervise comprehensive assessments and develop or approve evidence‑based treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to client services and facilitating case conferencing with supervised staff.
Provide crisis intervention and support emergency response efforts when necessary.
Maintain, approve, and update documentation and case notes, adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
Educate supervised staff on delivering coping strategies, resources, and support systems available to members/clients.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with new practices.
Participate in organization leadership and management meetings.
