Qualifications
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Capability of addressing the needs and concerns of patients
Multi-tasking ability
Cross-trained to help with the assistant duties
Dental software/computer skills: Open Dental, will train if needed
Familiar with Dental terminology
Experience with Dental Insurances: PPO
