Job Description: We are hiring a group of 10 desktop support technicians to image over 1500 machines. This will require onsite support 5 days a week in the North Richland Hills area. These individuals will need to be diligent and reliable. They will be using a thumb drive to pull down new images from SCCM and utilize Pixie boot to image. They also will be required to use Active Directory to look up if machines are enabled or disabled and also to make system updates. Lastly, we would like to find individuals who have experience with ServiceNow and updating the CMDB.
They are also looking for one role to be a coordinator and help keep track of inventory and the spreadsheets associated, as well as update ServiceNow for the laptops being shipped out.
Qualifications
Experience with imaging machines with Pixie Boot
Experience working with SCCM and other imaging tools
Familiar with Active Directory
ServiceNow experience (Nice to Have)
