is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our established team. POSITION SUMMARY:

The Payroll Coordinator will process and review all payroll transactions for assigned facilities, including automated time and attendance interfaces, timesheets, wage adjustments, garnishments, benefit deductions, and employee data entry to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing. The role also generates and distributes paychecks or direct deposits, handles off-cycle payments, and prepares payroll reports for finance, accounting, and HR. The Coordinator collaborates with UHS and IPM facility management, CFO, and HR to resolve payroll issues and answer employee inquiries. Responsibilities

Process and review payroll transactions, including timesheets, wage adjustments, and benefit deductions; interface automated time records with payroll application or perform manual time entry. Accurately input employee data and payroll calculations for bi-weekly payroll processing and prepare reconciliation spreadsheets and justification reports. Generate and distribute scheduled bi-weekly paychecks or direct deposits, process approved manual off-cycle requests, voids, stop-pays, and reverse direct deposits. Prepare and distribute bi-weekly reconciliations, payroll, and finance reports to accounting, management teams, and HR. Address employee and facility payroll queries, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely communication. Qualifications

High school diploma required. 1–3 years of payroll processing experience. Proficient data entry skills and experience with payroll and financial software. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret payroll reports, procedures, and regulations. Basic math skills and competency with computer spreadsheet programs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment. Knowledge of payroll systems, regulations, and best practices.
