Overview Support kit assembly operations by operating basic assembly machines and hand-powered equipment. This role focuses on quality, safety, and accuracy while following standard work instructions in a production environment. This position offers long-term potential and includes a sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Operate basic assembly equipment such as tape machines, bag sealers, and hand‑powered tools.
Start and control machines using buttons, pedals, or safety sensors.
Verify all machine safety equipment is working before operation.
Follow operation sheets, prints, written instructions, and verbal directions.
Measure parts to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
Assemble, sort, and inspect work pieces.
Record production activity and job data in SAP.
Maintain responsibility for product quality.
Clean and organize the workstation at the end of each shift.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong work history.
Able to use hand and power tools.
