Responsibilities
Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail; performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
